Certification of both Silver and Gold is good for five years.  Recertification is necessary and can be accomplished by accumulating 24 NORA continuing education credits (CEUs) before the recertification deadline.

Courses offered to maintain certification will be listed in the annual PPMCSA Education Schedule, on the individual registration brochures and posted on this Web site and on the NORA Education Center Web site at www.noraed.org.  Additional courses/seminars may periodically be added to the program.  

We will continue to issue technician transcript reports on all service technicians that are certified or in the process of certification.  These technicians will also be able to view an up-to-date status report by visiting the NORA Education Center Web site at www.noraed.org.

All grades and status reports will be sent to the company representative listed in the PPMCSA Membership Directory, unless we are informed of another person who is designated as the recipient for education material.
