DIESEL LABEL SUPPLIERS

As the PMAA has informed members, beginning on June 1, as required by the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) diesel sulfur rule, diesel dispensers at retail facilities must be labeled.  The PMAA previously issued memos with label requirements, and has received numerous inquiries about where these labels can be purchased. 

The PMAA has learned of two suppliers who are manufacturing the required labels.  OPIS and May Advertising recently announced that they have the labels available.  For information on the OPIS labels, please visit www.opisnet.com/market/decalulsd.asp .
